  • 2 2 = 400 g Telera breads

  • 4 tbsp 4 tablespoons = 55 g Mayonnaise

  • 40 g 40 grams = 40 ml Gouda cheese 2 slices pp. Or panela, oaxaca, mozzarella

  • 80 g 80 grams = 140 ml Turkey ham 4 slices pp

  • 2 2 = 400 g Avocados sliced

  • ¼ tsp 0.25 teaspoons = 1.5 g Salt

  • 50 g 50 grams = 280 ml Iceberg lettuce

  • 1 1 = 150 g Plum tomato sliced

Steps

  1. Cut the bread in half horizontally and spread both halves with mayonnaise
  2. Add 2 slices of cheese and 4 slices of ham per torta
  3. Add avocado, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, add lettuce and tomato
  4. Close the torta and serve
