4 tbsp 4 tablespoons = 55 g Mayonnaise

40 g 40 grams = 40 ml Gouda cheese 2 slices pp. Or panela, oaxaca, mozzarella

80 g 80 grams = 140 ml Turkey ham 4 slices pp

2 2 = 400 g Avocados sliced

¼ tsp 0.25 teaspoons = 1.5 g Salt

50 g 50 grams = 280 ml Iceberg lettuce

1 1 = 150 g Plum tomato sliced
Steps
- Cut the bread in half horizontally and spread both halves with mayonnaise
- Add 2 slices of cheese and 4 slices of ham per torta
- Add avocado, sprinkle with a pinch of salt, add lettuce and tomato
- Close the torta and serve
